Can I obtain samples to check the quality?
Yes. For most standard items, we provide free samples with shipping freight covered by the buyer. For specialized or customized items, sample production fees apply and are fully refundable upon final formal bulk order placement.
What is your typical production lead time?
For bulk orders, the lead time is approximately 20-30 working days after receipt of the deposit. For standard product samples, delivery is completed within 5 working days.
What payment terms do you support?
We accept secure payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
How are quality issues handled?
