Company Profile
Our international limited company was established in 2001, with convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of 6000 square meters, with a total staff of approximately 45+, including 15 engineering and technical specialists, and about 18+ production personnel. Since our establishment, we have always adhered to the service tenet of "integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into mold manufacturing", fully aware that each customer's needs are unique, and providing comprehensive customized mold & molding services. We implement PMP management to ensure that each project is completed efficiently and with guaranteed quality, dedicated to meeting customers' delivery dates and providing market-competitive services.
We offer you a comprehensive service & solution for injection moulding of engineering plastic components with part weights up to 5 kgs. Our injection moulding shop is equipped with a variety of modern high-precision conventional injection moulding machines in the 60 Ton to 1300 Ton range and supporting equipment like Hot Oil MTC. All moulded products are processed using reliable moulding principles with the best-experienced operators, ensuring the best quality possible. We have you covered with the best injection molding cost. With an eye for fine details, we take care of every aspect of molding.
Product Design & Plastics Optimization
We have an experienced development team who help you with engineering design. Product development is the key to a successful optimal-designed product. The design defines the final quality of the product. Selection of plastic materials, calculations for simulations in CAE-FE modelling & analysis. Optimizing designs with CAD & creating high-quality 3D models using the latest software to develop a virtual product, and each part is designed. We shall be glad to help you redesign existing products that could be optimized to provide you with better performance characteristics and or improved weight efficiency to achieve cost reductions with improved performance.
FAQ
Can I estimate my parts cost?
Yes! This parts cost estimator is provided for informational purposes only. It offers a general estimate based on current pricing data, but actual costs may vary depending on part availability, brand selection, labor, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.
What size machines do you have?
Our smallest machine is 90 tons/120T/240T/350T/500T/800T and our largest is 1500 tons. We have multiple machines in each size category to guarantee prompt project completion.
Are you ISO-registered?
Yes, we are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified to ensure international quality management standards for automotive and commercial parts.
Can you make my product from 100% recycled material?
Yes. We are one of the largest consumers of recycled and reprocessed plastic materials, helping clients achieve sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing.
How do I choose the right material or polymer for my part?
The range of materials to choose from is extensive, and seeking the right advice is key to the success of your project. To optimize both cost and performance, we recommend selecting materials that are readily available and avoiding over-specifying.
How to avoid warp when using injection moulding?
Designing a part with walls too thin for the target material is likely to cause warp. This is easily avoided by staying within the general wall thickness guidelines and implementing internal support structures—such as gussets to support thin walls, or ribbing on large flat surfaces.
