For standard products, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) required. For customized products, the MOQ will be determined based on the specific requirements.

QCan I get samples to check the quality before placing a bulk order? Do I need to pay for samples?
For most standard items, we can provide free samples, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping freight. For certain items, a sample fee + freight will be charged upfront, and the sample fee will be fully refunded once you place your formal bulk order. For customized samples, we will charge the sample production cost + shipping freight, and this fee is non-refundable.
QWhat is your lead time?
For bulk orders: Approximately 20-30 working days after we receive your deposit. For standard product samples: Delivery within 5 working days.
QWhat payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
