* A distance of 1 meter is recommended between the back of the machine tool and the wall, so as to ensure that the door of the distribution box is opened normally and is convenient for operation.

Admission Requirements & Moving Methods

  • Dimensions: The length x width x height of the main body of the machine tool (host + shield) is: 1500 x 1400 x 1600mm (remove the separate packaging when the monitor is transported).
  • Weight: The machine tool weighs 2 tons. Please use a front forklift of 3T capacity or more.

Power Requirements

  • Three-phase five-wire system (three phase wires, one ground and one zero), copper wire of 6 square meters or more, three-phase 380V±10%, equipment power: ≤8Kw.
  • It is strictly forbidden to mix the neutral and ground wires, and the grounding must be reliable, see GB/T2424342-2009.
  • Air switch with leakage protection is strictly prohibited; it is recommended to use an air switch ≥30A.

Environmental & Gas Source Requirements

  • Vibration Isolation: The equipment must be kept far away from vibration sources (such as punches, planers, air compressor stations, construction machinery, etc.). A vibration isolation foundation is required to ensure precise operation.
  • Temperature & Humidity: Temperature should be kept at 22ºC±2ºC, changing gently with a daily gradient of less than 2ºC. Relative humidity: ≤50% (dehumidifier recommended in high-humidity areas).
  • Compressed Air: Air filtration accuracy: 0.5um (oil and water removed); pressure: ≥0.6MPa; flow: ≥0.3m³/min.
  • Main Air Source Access: The main air pipe is an outer diameter φ10mm air pipe, please prepare in advance.

Fixed Installation Position Note: The main air connection and structural bed brackets feature designated fixing holes at the four corners, used specifically for fixing during transportation.

Required Consumables (Prepared by Customer)

  1. Spindle Motor Coolant: Spindle coolant (DowthrmSR-1) 3L, mixed with industrial pure water (distilled water) 5L. Replace every 6 to 12 months. Requires 8L of mixed coolant per fill.
  2. Cutting Fluid: ExxonMobil, isoparaffin ISOPAR H fluid.
  3. Tools: Natural diamond tools. Square size: 6.35x6.35mm or 10x10mm.

Special Operation Notes

If the machine tool has been shut down for more than 3 days, the spindle must not start working immediately. Run-in is required as follows:
Keep the spindle non-rotating, pass dry compressed air for 10 hours continuously, then run at 1000rpm for 1 hour without load. Increase by 1000rpm every subsequent hour until it reaches the rated speed, and run for 1 hour without load. Normal operation can then proceed.

Semi-Annual Maintenance:

  • Inspect the machine body for physical damage. Ensure the filter, air cooler, and water cooler perform normally.
