The hydraulic breaker pipeline is a core oil circuit accessory for excavator hydraulic hammer refitting and installation. It provides stable high-pressure hydraulic power for the breaker to ensure normal crushing operation. The complete kit includes high-pressure steel pipes, hydraulic hoses, connecting fittings, fixing brackets and sealing accessories. It is available in two types: welded type and weld-free type, suitable for refitting all tonnages of excavators with no damage to the original vehicle structure.
Made of thickened seamless high-pressure steel pipes and explosion-proof hydraulic hoses, this pipeline assembly features high pressure resistance, strong impact resistance and excellent aging resistance. It is fully adaptable to harsh working environments such as mines, construction sites and stone yards with high-intensity and heavy-load operation. With standard and precise interface positions, the product perfectly fits original mounting holes without cutting or modifying the original oil circuit, greatly reducing installation difficulty and saving construction time.
The welded pipeline features stable structure and strong vibration resistance, effectively preventing loosening and oil leakage during long-term high-frequency and heavy-duty crushing work. The weld-free pipeline adopts flange buckle connection design, which causes no damage to the original oil circuit.
